Please make sure to apply BIOPLAST® insulating agent prior to thermoforming. The insulation should still be wet while the thermoforming process is being carried out. In addition, you can also briefly water the model before applying the liquid insulation.

However, if you intend to make a bleaching splint using BLUE-BLOKKER® as space holder, the milky appearance might be useful: The clear material areas above the space maintainer may later serve as an orientation for the patient when applying the bleaching liquid. In this case, it is sufficient to water the model prior to thermoforming.
