The Asiga Cure is a professional UV post-curing unit for dental 3D printing. The system combines precise light curing with integrated vacuum technology and infrared heating to enable reliable, reproducible and material-friendly post-processing of 3D-printed components.

The ‘Intelligent Dose Curing technology’ developed by Asiga continuously monitors the light dose and automatically adjusts the curing process to the number, size and volume of the components. This ensures uniform post-curing. Individual curing profiles can be saved and retrieved according to the specific material. The integrated vacuum pump reduces oxygen inhibition and minimises sticky surfaces. The system is complemented by an infrared heater capable of temperatures up to 80°C.

Thanks to its open material system, the Asiga Cure supports a wide range of validated materials. The Asiga Composer software automatically transfers the appropriate printing and post-curing parameters to the system, enabling a reliable and efficient workflow with minimal effort for the user.
